Hi, my name is Clare Seagrave, founder of Mind Sanctuary in Mangawhai, New Zealand. I am a Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist, Massage and Reiki Practitioner. My greatest joy is supporting people to manifest their ultimate lives by restoring harmony through hypnosis, nutrition, Reiki energy healing, herbal medicine, and sound therapy. Through my life-changing workshops and sessions, I teach people how to use the power of the mind to shift the Quantum Field and take inspired action to create an extraordinary life. My Journey The ocean has always been part of my soul — in my 20s and early 30s, I sailed around the world as a chef for over eleven years. When I returned to New Zealand, I followed a calling into the healing arts, first training as a naturopath and massage therapist, before becoming a clinical nutritionist and advanced clinical hypnotherapist. Along the way, I studied Reiki, Bach Flowers, Homeobotanicals, and energy medicine — tools that continue to inspire my work today. Now in my 50s, I know how quickly time moves, and I feel more than ever that living in alignment is essential for health, happiness, and fulfilment. After a break running a Kombucha Nano Brewery, I returned to my true purpose by reopening the Intuitive Nutrition Clinic — and expanding into Mind Sanctuary, a dedicated space for energy healing, sound journeys, and deep transformation.
